How long does it take for my enrolment form to be processed?
Once you have submitted your enrolment form, please allow up to 3 working days for it to be fully processed and for our MIS Team to get in touch with you.

How long are the courses and do they run online or face-to-face?
All of our School Support courses are 6 weeks long. We currently have one face-to-face group based in Liverpool. All our other groups operate online.
Our Mental Health Course is 3 weeks long and delivered fully online.

Are the courses part-time or full-time?
Our courses are full-time programmes and we strive for 100% attendance. The teaching and learning webinars typically take place from 9:30am-11:30am, 12:30pm-2pm which are compulsory and a non-compulsory reflection webinar from 4-4:30pm.

Do I choose which programme level I'm on?
When you enrol with us, you will complete a set of initial assessments to determine which programme level you are best suited to. However, if you are placed on the Level 1 or 2 programme and hope to progress onto the next level(s), we always support our learners to progress as far as possible with us subject to eligibility and funding!

Will I meet any employers during the course?
Yes! All of our learners are invited to attend a Careers Session during the course in which you can meet with employers in your area as well as The National Careers Service.

How long will my certificates take to arrive?
Certificates can take up to 12-weeks to arrive.
